We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or inserts

How to Start a Return

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow the standard return process.
