Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete. 24Locksmith is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, updated information will be posted on this page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times typically range between 5–10 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, we are happy to assist you in tracking your shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
